We are since 1998 or so with 1stcom.com. Before 1stcom.com we changed about 5 or 6 times the hosting provider. We are hosting about 25 accounts as reseller. Uptime is near to 100%, service is very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. In most cases they do our work to make things work. Brilliant in every way.

1stcom has always come through for us if we had a problem. They have gone out of their way to fix errors we may have had in our pages and then let us know what it was we may have done wrong. There pricing has been stable for the 5 years we have been hosting with them and they continually improve their systems. The user control panel is really great to use. I can highly recommend 1stcom for service, support and pricing.

We have been with 1stcom since 1996 and have never been disappointed in their service. They go well beyond what other companies we have used have given us in service and support. Most support questions have been answered through their email system in less than an hour, we occassionally have made minor mistakes in our html and they have helped! Not only did they answer the questions promptly, they have corrected our error for us. The rate they have charged us has been fairly steady over those 5 years going up about $1.50 in that time span but always with additional space, email etc when there has been a rate increase. I just can't stress the support they give enough. We went from getting answers from support companies that took days, if ever, to hours or less. They have an easy to use control panel with all of our account info availabel as well. Great Company that we have NO reservations recommending!
