Excellent tech support! Nuff said. Lots of COM Components like over 80 or something. My site and email never been down. And real people on the phone to talk to if I need.

I have used many different webhosts in the past, including "free", "local", and "international" providers, and not a single one could hold a candle to the service I receive from Alentus.
I have two websites hosted with them, both the Economy Package, and so far I have received no repeated problems. Any problems are very quickly dealt with and they will reply to your emails generally within the day. Additions to hosting packages are very quickly installed without fuss.
Alentus are a very good company, they treat the customer as king, and will bend over backwards to set everything up exactly as you require.
I give them a thumbs-up, without a shadow of a doubt in mind. Well-priced too!

Excellent service! I am an Alentus Authorized Reseller and have many customers with them. I was really worried at first about it being dependable, good customer service, a fly-by-night company, etc. But Alentus has been great. I came from having a really bad experience with my local ISP, and found Alentus just by searching Google, and I am very happy with them. Great customer service, low prices, stable servers. Moving to Alentus has really given my business a boost.
