Billing mess

Anhosting is a good provider, but in the case of billing is a complete mess, be carefull.
They take credit card numbers from other accounts without authorization.
I specified NOT AUTO RENEWAL, and they charged me using another account billing info.
Dont try to contact them cause the billing managers answers:
> "I am sorry i could not help you more at this time.
> Let me know if you need anything else."

Run fast and run far if you are even considering Anhosting. I have experienced VERY poor reliability with frequent downtime and even an erroneous account suspension, rude and unhelpful techs, and a general attitude of "Now that you payed us, feel free to cancel at any time, we don't care. We'll just keep your money for you, though." STAY AWAY and save yourself some trouble.

I've been with Anhosting for almost two years now. I'm a web designer, and I refer all of my clients to them. I've always been very pleased, and look for continuing my relationship with them.

This company has not support, does not anser there phone and disables your account when you pass the bandwidth limit, without sending you even a e-mail wanrning. I strongly do not recommend this hosting company.

These guys are so good. I'm really shocked. They had the best price, most amazing php addons (cart, board, chat, etc) and they actually answer the phone and give great support. At first I was scared cuz the deal was so good, but they haven't let me down yet! I totally recommend them!

I was thrilled to have found AN hosting. Had them just about a year. Support was not consistent. Have had extremely bad responses to support questions and some very good help (depending on who answered). Recent server crash kept my sites down for days. No support via telephone ( I was told this was due to a phone outage). 24x7 support does not exist. Tickets are closed automatically - even if the problem still exists. My clients have had no mail for days. I've submitted at least 50 tickets and have yet to know if anyone is actually working on the problem. They responded with delete all your domains and accounts and recreate them. I did and my accounts are still not working. The restore they did from backup was one month old (they apparently don't do daily backups). I am a reseller, so I host 10 sites with AN right now. It's been a good year with AN up until now. I couldn't recommend them for any important business sites. Maybe a good deal for personal website hosting. NOT recommended for business sites.
