As long as you don't ever want to make any sort of change (EVER) on your domain or account, and don't care about customer service or technical skills, this you MIGHT be able to deal with these people. If any of the above matter to you at all, then I wouldn't recommend it. Spent HOURS today trying to make a small change to my account - what takes normal hosting companies 2 minutes to do. At one point they tried to tell me they weren't even hosting my account at all. HA!

I had been using CIHost for several years, but mounting problems and incompetent support have forced me to go elsewhere. I was plagued by major billing inaccuracies and technical glitches. CIHost's employees were never friendly and gave a strong impression that they didn't care about any issues I had with their service. Not recommended at all.

This company is run by scam artists, all they are good at is marketing. They will over bill you and provide horrible technical staff.
Dealing with them is like working with some dude who runs a company in his garage. Not answering the phone, long unexplained outages etc.

I wouldn't recommend this hosting company to my worst enemy. I was charged for a years service one year after I canceled my contract. I recommend anyone who signs up with this company to immediately get a lawyer.

Never was setup correctly

I signed up for W2K3 mssql hosting. First it took a while to setup then I found out that I was on W2K server and .net would not work. It took me quite a long time to get it setup and often found myself on hold so long that the phone would just hang up. Yeah they were that bad. When I finally got setup on which was many days there server was slow and misconfigured. I stopped using them imediately after that.

I Moved to C I Host a few weeks ago, and had some questions about set up......support was great and got me all set up in an hour. Everyone I have spoke with is polite and they care about the small customers.........Thanks C I Host!!
