Very good for the money

I've used them since January 2002 and they have had great customer service, bent over backwards to accomodate me, and have had few problems.
The only quirkiness occurs, of all places, on their own pages. Their help pages have little if any content, their trouble ticket system doesn't want to remember your password, and their faq doesn't exist. But that's the only downside. You can request new passwords to enter a trouble ticket.
They have responded quickly and professionally and above all else...friendly.
I've had nothing but a good experience with these guys and easily recommend them based on my experience.

I had registered for the hosting plan from Exa-bytes and the support that Exa-Bytes gave is excellent.Furthermore,the speed of the server is fast and my page loaded fast.I would highly recommend Exa-Bytes ( http://www.exa-bytes.com) for those that is looking for web hosting subscription.
