The worst service you can imagine. I put up with them for one year until my contract expired. No one would return my calls, all emails went unanswered. There is an online chat feature that doesn't work.

I tried for 3 weeks to get them to release my domain so I could at least move somewhere else. Couldn't even get a response for that.

Finally chose a new domain name and moved on. Good luck to you if you go with this company.

Exostream has done an excellent job in building out their control panel to include more services and features. They've really done a great job since I've been hosted with them for the past 5 months. Support staff is very friendly to the point where it is almost annoying. They are a very proactive bunch as well, which is appreciated. Keep up the good work guys!
