There is no support for their E commerce site from them. I went Live on a Sunday night and less than an hour later I was out of business. Their shopping cart could not proccess my orders. They could not or would not? resolve the issue. Two days later and I am still out of busines and they could care less. Horrible just horrible serivice and support. They have even stopped answering E mails and support tickets. Mike Fritsch seems to be the owner and his response was bascally that they would refund my money. A month building the site, and now I am going to have to start over with another host who can actually support their software.
Run - Run Very Quickly from this company.

I am a graphic designer and i have researched many hosting companies to refer my clients to. Hostgo.com is by far the best out there! Customer service is great and the include many features and opptions that normally cost extra with other companys. Check it out, they are worth it!
