Used for past 3 years.. had ups and downs... but this past year i have to say i am very satisfied with the improvement they made. recently increased diskspace and bandwidth offerings. will continue to use for years to come.

I'v been with them for a few years on the StarterFire plan. I haven't had any problems with tech support - all my problems have been resolved within a day or two.
However, I do notice a lot of downtime on the web site. It has to be lower than their 99.9% guarantee. Mail goes out every once in a while too.

At times, web sites or e-mail fail, for days at a time. Currently (9/17/05) all e-mail is down for 3 days, and I can't even e-mail tech support from anywhere to complain, even via their own webmail. No phone support, and they no longer are on AIM either. (While e-mail is down now, the web hosting is still running fine, though). So I don't even know if they are aware of the problem, and can't contact them. If this continues, I'll be investigating other services.
Performance is good for their web hosting - their load balancing must be OK.
Overall, I have mixed feelings. Their tech support was helpful previously in resolving an e-mail problem. Web hosting and e-mail are good most of the time. But there's no way they make their claimed 99.9% availability in web hosting, and definitely not on the e-mail side.
There isn't a lot of hand holding or documentation - I didn't need that, but if you do need it, this might not be the best place for your first web site.

not the cheapest but their $4.95 plan is still pretty cheap. been using them for months now and had no problems at all. fast servers and support.

I have been using host ignition for a few months now, and all I can say is that they are an outstanding service. They have packages for every interest, great options to compliment them, and outstanding support anytime I need it. I would recommend this service to anyone.
