I would not recommend host supreme to anyone. I've been with them for more than a year on windows hosting. I had very few problems to be honnest but their support is really slow to answer (it took two weeks on one occasion and usualy 3-4 days) and their live support is always offline. Their website has not been updated since sept 2004 and their phone line is off. I start to believe that they're going down ....

I am soon to renew my hosting, reseller, for a third year. And planning a small space upgrade. All I can say about my experience is that I have had few problems, and of those they have been sorted pronto. If I had any doubts about hostsupreme I wouldn't be throwing good money at them again.

I have been sending praising comments to hostsupreme for their support and fabulous services as i just renewed my account for the third year. They suggested i come here to leave my comments and i agree. I have been with HostSupreme.co.uk for a long time. I can honestly say that although they are in the list of top 25 hosts they should be ranked #1 ALL the way.
Fantastic speedy, friendly and helpful support. They did a call back for me after midnight when i made a special request.
I am shocked to see the negative comments below as in my 2 years with Host Supreme I actually believe i couldnt be happier. They transferred accross all my files and databases from my old host who was mucking me about and continued to impress all the way.
I can honestly tell anyone that if fast, reliable and cost effective hosting is what they need, then HostSupreme should be the first place they try!

Unreliable, downtime and data loss service

On first impressions Hostsupreme.co.uk the company seem very professional and answer trouble tickets relatively quickly. However since being a reseller customer we have had continuous downtime from server reboots and 2 major outages.
The first major outage was in September 2004 where the server and our sites were down for about a week. We were told that there was a hardware failure.
The second outage which resulted in the company losing all our server content was December 2004, this we were told was due to a major hardware failure. We lost all our sites and had to rebuild from a number of backups. Some content was lost entirely between backup runs. Please be aware that the backups were from our own backups, hostsupreme had lost all their own backups, they had to rebuild the server from seven month old data.
So maybe the customer reviews here reflect single user sites, however in our experience Resellers beware you may be facing a fatal hardware failure anytime soon.
The only thing we have learnt from our experience is to not use a shared reseller service and have now decided to opt for our very own dedicated server from a more expensive but far more reliable service provider.

No backup of my site, very slow responses

Very slow to respond to support tickets - sometimes takes several days. The online chat with a support person is always offline. Also my hosting machine suffered a double hard drive failure and i lost my entire site including photo gallery. They had no backup and was told i would need to upload everything again.
Keep well away.

What can I say. I'll start from the beginning. I signed up 9 months ago after needing to desperately move away from my old host who I wont mention. HostSupreme had my account setup in 5 minutes! The accept a huge range of payment methods and my requirements were a bit fussy but they were absolutely fine. They didn't seem to mind bending over backwards for me =P
Anyway 5 minutes after payment i had my account and was ready to go. No joke! My last host took 3 days to setup my account. I have never had a problem with my server to date. They have installed custom plugins on a shared server for me for FREE. Other hosts i enquired about charged for this as one could expect but not HostSupreme to my amazement and delight.
They have an immensely long list of features - which i have to admit I have never seen listed in such detail before, but basically the chances are - whatever your requirements for hosting - hostsupreme already support it. If not, i am willing to bet they will adjust to your needs easily.
Their support is reliable and available at 3-4am i found. I recommended this to some of my colleagues at work because i know they work on deadlines with their web projects till early hours of the morning.
End of the day - HostSupreme - very reasonable pricing. If you look at what htey give you for their prices, I would even go as far as to say exceptional value for money. The colleagues i referred have used over 24 hosts in their time and have come back to me thanking me for referring them.
I honestly say, give HostSupreme a try. I am pretty sure you will not be disappointed

Absolutely no problems for 6 months, was very happy, but recently... Pinging ab-desai.co.uk [207.142.135.31] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. This seems to be happening a lot lately. Sent lots of mails to support and absolutely no response. Try the ping for yourself. It looks like I will have shift to another host if this carries on.

I just signed up with HostSupreme an hour ago. I was referred by word of mouth as i have a lot of friends at work who have personal web sites and this reviews page. I rely on mine for my income however. I haven't much grounds to judge them on yet, but my account was ready 5 minutes after signing up which is shocking. They have an amazing deal this month which is the main reason i signed up. 5gb bandwidth free and 3 months free for signing up today! No arguements there =P. They seem very professional and friendly as well as quick to respond. I hope they continue at this rate; if they do I will be very happy. I am transferring from globat.com who although are dead cheap and seemed to offer loads of space and bandwidth, have terrible uptime and servers which respond very slowly 2/3 times - by my experience anyway. Just thought i would say beware of them, but each to their own i guess. I Will leave another review about HostSupreme, which i feel will probably be good :).

I have been with HostSupreme for almost a year now and from what i know and what i can say is that this has been the best hosting package service i have used before. They are very friendly and always helpful in setting up certain scripts for your website without any cost. My last host asked for £60 worth of scripting. HostSupreme have never asked for a penny. They are very fast in their responses when im having trouble with the server. I am on a Windows Server and it is incredible, it is very fast and i have recommended one other company to join with HostSupreme and they are very proud and greatful to be with their service. I would strongly recommend this hosting service to anyone out there. It is really an ideal hosting service with the best support!

I'm impressed with the treatment received from HostSupreme. A friend recommended them to me and I can say that the first impression is amazing. I have not yet set up my account fully but I can say that their customer service is near to unbeatable and can rate them equally as far as staff treatment is concerned
