I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing HostSupreme for my clients needs. On the face of it, their package would seem good. Their site clearly states that there is a 24/7 support. Yet in my experience with them, and my clients, they are prone to large amounts of down time, no warnings and certainly no apologies, ignorant and rude desk staff, and a very slow ticket system that rarely produces answers within several hours. My friend, who I recommended to the site has actually submitted tickets that have gone unanswered. His domain has been untagged several times and the down time for him has been costly. If you are looking for professional hosting services I would recommend avoiding this and pay the extra for a proper company.

I couldnt believe the way they treated me when i joined up! I could tell from the way they answered my pre-sales questions that they would be suitable, but that was definitely an understatement! When i signed up to their Linux Package, i found that every so often they were still adding new features, new custom scripts / control panel addons that i have never seen before. I am not the biggest fan of ensim control panels but they now have cpanel as well! I couldnt even recognise ensim, it was completely transformed! Anyway to the point, they allowed me to have custom installations on the server such as Cgi modules and even XML on demand! They have responded to me when i was working late at 3 am! I strongly recommend this host to anyone. Host supreme is your definitive hosting company!

hostsupreme have an amazing response time! they get back to my emails withing the hour! and most the time instantly! they have helped me out with a lot of scripting which im not even paying them to do. they have been ever so helpful with my website. good on you hostsupreme :)

I have yet to experience the full capabilities of Hostsupreme's service, since I am still just completing the setup of my account (to my own parameters). The account was created and setup quickly, but I made some personal requests for changes to the default setup. At all times the support team was quick to respond, friendly and very helpful, giving me clear instructions where required, and they were quick to identify and fix some minor problems that occured.
I hope that the rest of the service equals my experience so far!

I have been using HostSupreme's Windows 2000 hosting package for a long time now and have never experienced any problems with it.
The servers are always fast, and i've never witnessed any downtime.
Host Supreme Staff are always very helpful and welcoming, even when very busy and flooded with messages.
I am soon to be moving to their Linux package, and i'm becoming a reseller.
I would recomend HostSupreme to anyone.

I have had a FANTASTIC service from HostSupreme. I have no quibbles at all in that direction. They have always been amazingly prompt with any query, whatever the time of day, and supremely polite and totally helpful. In short, they have excelled my expectations of a hosting company, and I recommend them 100%.

We (sexyornot.net) have been hosting with hostsupreme for the last 9 months, and their service and performence has been excellent, we have only had any need to email them twice during that period, they where helpful, efficent and fast!
