Having recently set up a Diamond PRO Account with your company I had a minor reason to call tech support. following this I then had several mutual phone calls and e-mails regarding the setup of the account and general server access etc. I must say that even as a customer who hasn't had time to properly start using the service I am Extremely impressed by your Staff and Support service ! My Company prides itself on it's tech support and customer relations and having dealt with Lee Watson several times over the last few days I can wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone with the confidence to know that "Service" is a rare and valued key word for Netcetera Ltd as it is for Phoenix Simulation Software. Thank you All for the High Quality service I have recieved so far, 5 Stars to Lee Watson especially, and long may it continue !
