My experience with NJAccess has been wonderful. I am also a developer and not only were my concerns addressed, they went out of there way to get me out of a bind. Their knowledge of CF was outstanding.

I've been using NJ Access for a few of my accounts, and I rarely required tech-support. When I was in need however, they refused or complained about implementing technology that many other web-hosts can easily offer. It took them over a week to install a simple SSL key, and submissions of custom tags never got answered or completed. If you're a developer, stay away from NJAccess. You can get a MUCH better deal for your money elsewhere. These people do not know much about what they're doing.

NJAccess is the place to be if you need a firm that provides excellent customer service. When I first setup my eCommerce site I had problems configuring my cart. They not only helped me but setup the basics and got me running. They are always around when I need them and their service is VERY reliable.
