I would give them negative stars if I could. My sites go down all the time and when I call customer support I am on hold forever. They also have very poor support for Perl applications and cannot keep an ASP server up to save their lives.

I have 3 sites hosted at OneOnOne since 2003. All 3 have had poor up time over the past 2 years.

Right now, all 3, plus OneOnOneInternet.com are down and have been for the past 72 hours. I'm unable to reach anyone at One On One. Nobody answers the phones.

I'm trying to transfer my domain names so my business can be back up and running but, BEHOLD, my domain names are LOCKED by One On One!!!

Do NOT use One On One. Especially not if you're a business.

The web server that our site was hosted on was frequently down. Customer support had no explanation for the problem. It was a big enough problem that we were forced to switch to a different web host. Otherwise their service was satisfactory.

I was amazed when i signed up for a basic reseller account.why?,because they charged me a dollar for the first month! I was impressed.I didn't expect it.
You have to set the the priority trouble tickets to 1 to get a quick resolution.or it does take 2 days or so.I had a dns issue where one domain was getting my page duplicated on thier site.I found it by looking at the logs.
it was escalated to the dns group and resolved in 24 hrs.
Its really a great deal for web designers.plus all the features you get!you can't go wrong.I been in service two months now and staying for a while.

This company is an excellent value for the money. They now have a 1-800 support line and some other new futures that may have not been in place when the other party commented on their service. They are also very helpful with presales questions and you can't go wrong with the 30 day no hassle money back if you are not happy policy.

I think it is also important to not the the price noted in the other posing is only if you pay by the month. If you pay by the quarter, every six months or on an annual basis the price is even more reasonable.

I have had a website on OneOnOneInternet for 18 months. I truly like the features supplied in their packages. the inclusion of CGI scripting and MySql in their low-end packages are wonderful. I have not had any billing problems, down-time problems, nor service interuptions for my site. I have a relatively simple site with only a trickle of visitors. The two times I have asked their tech support questions, (available only by email), the response was 1-2 days.
