Being in charge of the web hosting for a major online etailor, StickerGiant.com, the CEO asked me to cut hosting costs in half, yet get better service. After researching hosting companies in the US and Canada, we awarded Paravance the contract for our hosting. Every time we call support, an actual engineer answers the phone and works on the problem at once, "no que" just results. The CEO was so impressed with my decision, I got a big fat bonus.
