The worst hosting company ever

I have used dozens and dozens of web hosting companies over the years and SpiralHost is the absolute worst I have ever used. Not only do they never live up to or pay out on their uptime guarantee, their customer service is virtually non-existent at times.
Their personnel are rude, unresponsive, and obviously unconcerned with helping the people paying their salaries (the customers).
Do not use these people no matter what they promise. They will not live up to anything they offer.

Spiralhost provides many features and a quality administration frontend. Speed and availablitity is good but not perfect. I experienced several times connection problems (server not available), without ever getting a notice from Spiralhost about the reasons. Technical support is fast but often not of good quality. Overall I had hardly any problems, expect for some availability problems every now and then, which are not so important to me.

I have used these guys for the last few years and am realy regretting it.
Their servers apparently went down because ALL of my sites have gone down and have been down for the last few days! They have NO contact infomation availabe. And, NO, I do not consider a webbased form a form of customer support! I tried emailing them 3 times and have had no luck. Of course, how can they get in touch with me if my email is down!
I have had to find a new hosting provider and am now having to port everything over.
*BUYERS BEWARE. IF THEY ARE TOO WORRIED ABOUT KEEPING AN ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER FOR SUPPORT OR AT LEAST SOME FORM OF CHAT SUPPORT, STAY AWAY.
FIND A HOSTING PROVIDER THAT AT LEAST LETS YOU CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY.
