I signed up for a virtual private server. The control panel ran at the speed of dark as did my website on the net. The servers were so overloaded with accounts that resources were maxed out constantly and causing the server to crash repeatedly. My system had to be rebooted 4-6 times a day from low resources crashes and the email server never worked sending three days of business mail bouncing around the net. I ran my website for only three days on their system before assessing their non-existent tech support people couldn't make a system work if their life depended on it and switching the name servers back to my old host. These people are advertizing bandwidth that their poorly configured and overloaded servers have no chance to deliver even a 10th of. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

I was looking for cheap hosting for a while and I found WSS. They seemed pretty good. I paid for 2 years of the most basic plane. At first, payments were messed up and it took almost a week to get the account setup. Then I found out that I need to fax them an ID for SSH access(I don't have a fax machine). In the first month I had a few times with incredibly slow or no response. I am connected to my server 12 hours/day, so I notice 50% of all downtime. I've found two security flaws in their systems (I can view the log files of any other user on the same server). The only financial compensation I have received is for a month of free hosting. The speed is horrible, way too many sites are put on each computer, and they overprice for dedicated servers. superbservers.net is the way to go for dedicated servers.

I have nothing to complain about. Had some trouble with recieving email and they looked into and did something i guess to get it working. They sent a test email and were able to see without me telling them, that it had been delivered successfully. That's awesome. Besides that, no other issues.

Saw the other review of this hosting service, and it's hard to believe that we're talking about the same service. Moved a domain there in September 2002, and have had no problems at all since then. Everything was as advertised, no complaints at all. The MySQL database, email and other peripherals easy to find and work with, and zero down time has been my experience.

The worst hosting experience ever we lost hundreds of dollars from our Online Business. We paid by credit card and within 5 days we were down 2 times, the reason? we still dont know but we contacted them and asked why and still get no answer. We have pay per clicks through overture.com and our customers are clicking on empty pages. Instead of our home page you will ger thie domain is suspended. We contacted them through their CHAT service and were back up within 15 min with no explination, then again today 11/18 the same message "this domain is suspended" again without any email sent to us. If you have a OnLine business and need to stay on line I would avoid the www.websitesource.com as they fail big time. I will be shopping for another provider and would like to know more about these bad companys first before we make a commitment again. Changing providers is not what we do, we sell Electronics On Line and we cant do this if you pages cant bee seen by our custmers.
